  • real estate (as an aggregate of property objects);
  • land parcel, building, group of premises, and land parcel part.

By integrating the Cadastral information block web service into your information system, you will be able to make data requests using various parameters and to receive the latest Cadastral data you need.

The service can be accessed from a certain, permanent IP address using a safe SSL certificate after signing a cooperation agreement with the SLS.

To sign the agreement and to receive the access details, please, contact SLS Corporate Customer Service Centre by sending an e-mail message to: klienti@vzd.gov.lv or by ringing: +371 67038833 or +371 67038866.

The SLS will prepare a draft agreement and inform you about the options for signing the agreement. If necessary, the SLS will communicate with the contact person specified by you in order to verify the information necessary to prepare the agreement.

In the agreement, the SLS will include the terms and conditions for the users of the data. The agreement is to be signed by the SLS and the data user.

Basic data

By specifying the basic data set as the parameter in the Cadastral information block web service, you will obtain the basic data for the cadastre objects of your interest. The basic data set combinations can be seen here.

Extended data

By specifying the extended data set as the parameter in the Cadastral information block web service, you will obtain an extended data volume for the cadastre objects of your interest. The extended data set combinations can be seen here.

If you want to make a request for all real estates registered for the subject (for the fee specified in 31.1.4 and 31.1.5 of the SLS pricelist) the following Cadastral information block web service data request should be made:

  • username (<Username>);
  • password (<Password>);
  • identity registration number (<PersonCode>);
  • the selection parameter for each type of real estate (value is ‘true’):
    • all land properties (<AllParPro>),
    • all building properties (<AllBuiPro>),
    • all apartment properties ( <AllPregPro>),
    • all apartment properties privatised in the expedited procedure (<AllProqPro>),
    • all direct ownership buildings (<AllDirectBui>);
  • the selection criterion responsible for the cadastral object data request shall be disconnected (value is 'false' or not requested at all):
    • all land parcels (<AllPar>),
    • all land parcel parts (<AllParp>),
    • all buildings (<AllBui>)
    • all groups of premises (<AllPreg>) );
  • the selection criterion determining whether the requested data should yield the basic data set or the extended data set for all requested real estates or cadastre objects (<DetailInfo>=’false’ or<DetailInfo>=’true’). In this case, this parameter affects the yielded data volume, but does not affect the charge.
