SLS will provide you with general – publicly available information (within our competence), the extent publicly available.
SLS will not provide you with detailed analysis of the problems identified in the request or legal advice.

For information on order fulfilment

SLS will provide information on the progress of orders, invoices and payments as well as will send you ordered materials as electronic documents

After receiving a free-form request for information to specified e-mail addresses, SLS:

  • will send you a confirmation e-mail that the letter has been received (within a day)
  • will  reply to an e-mail within a two business days, or due to objective reasons, within five (5) working days.
